Ce projet a été mené à bien par Roxane et Olivier, volontaires pour l’ASBL un Passeport pour la Vie.

This youth exchange gathered 10 Belgians, 8 Norwegians (and one Danish man) and a dozen people from Reunion, with their coaches. It took place from 8 July to 18 July 2016. The youngsters were between 8 years old and 25.

In Belgium we spent months preparing: team building, preparation for the Belgian night, discovering Erasmus+ and the theme, minorities and living together.

Once we were there, we got to discover the Reunion culture and history. We had many cultural and touristic visits (a lighthouse, a vanilla farm, temples, Sainte-Suzanne, Saint-Denis, giant turtles and so on). We also hung out on the beach where we sometimes met local people. We also explored the Cirque de Mafate and roads surrounded by sugar canes to discover the waterfalls. We even went whitewater kayaking!

This project was carried out by Roxane and Olivier, volunteers for a Passport for Life ASBL.
